How long are the training?
Our trainings are an hour long that includes, warmup, workout and cool down. We find that an hour is more than enough time to complete a full workout.
Can I train in multiple events during the hour?
Although, we recommend focusing on one event to build muscle memory, it is possible to divide the hour into at least two events. Our coaches will make that call base on their judgment, the goal is to maximize the athletes time and not to over-train which can result in injury.
What days of the weeks do you run the clinics?
We run our clinics 7 days a week. We work closely with our coaches and athletes to find a common day and time.
What types of payment do you accept and can pay for multiple sessions?
We accept cash, checks, and credit card payment. You may pay for multiple sessions or pay for individual sessions. Credit card payment should be done online prior to session.
What happens in the event that the weather is bad?
Safety is our most important priority. In the event of stormy weather a session may be reschedule. We will work with our coaches and athletes to find a day and time that works best.
